Mail to Plate Armor Changes

Patch 7.0 is bringing many changes, including the ability for classes to wear their respective armor at level 1. This means Paladins and Warriors can wear plate at level 1 instead of waiting until level 40. Since there was no plate armor under 40, several mail items are being converted to plate. This may affect some of your mail wearers' transmog sets, so the items being converted are below.

Demon-Forged
BoP and Quest reward items from the Demon-Forged Mail sets have been changed to plate.

The red recolor still has the chest, waist, legs and boots in mail, with only the gloves being exclusively plate.

Demon-Forged Plate Blue Dragonscale Mail

The blue recolor has the waist and slim boots changed to exclusively plate, while the gloves remain only in mail. The chest and legs are available in both.

Demon-Forged Plate Demon-Forged Mail

The chest, waist and legs are available in plate and mail, the hands are feet are exclusively plate.

The chest, legs and slim boots are available in mail; hands, waist and boot model shown in picture are exclusively plate.

The chest, flared gloves, and slim boots are exclusively plate. The belt and legs are available in both. The cuffed boots and gloves are exclusively mail.

Quest reward items from the Felstone sets have been changed to plate.
